Maryam Nawaz has directed the Sports Department of Punjab to become financially independent. Why?

Internship Program for Youth

پنجاب کے نوجوانوں کے لیے بڑی خوشخبری!

وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف نے صوبے میں پہلی بار ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ پروگرام شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے – اور یہ پروگرام نوجوانوں کے لیے بے شمار مواقع لے کر آ رہا ہے۔

انہوں نے متعلقہ اداروں سے اس پروگرام کے لیے جامع منصوبہ بندی طلب کر لی ہے تاکہ اس کو بھرپور طریقے سے کامیاب بنایا جا سکے۔

 اس پروگرام کا مقصد کیا ہے؟

مقصد بالکل سادہ ہے:

نوجوانوں کو آگے بڑھنے کا موقع دینا۔

چاہے وہ کھیلوں کا میدان ہو، ہنر ہو یا کوئی اور ٹیلنٹ – اب ہر نوجوان کو اپنی صلاحیتوں کے اظہار کا پورا حق ملے گا۔

مریم نواز نے پنجاب کے اسپورٹس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو مالی خودمختاری دینے کے لیے فوری اقدامات کا حکم دیا ہے۔

تاکہ وہ بہتر طریقے سے کھلاڑیوں کی مدد کر سکیں، کھیلوں کے ایونٹس کرا سکیں، اور کھیلوں کا معیار مزید بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔

اور سب سے اہم بات:

"نوجوان کھلاڑیوں کو بھرپور مواقع دیں گے اور خواتین کھلاڑیوں کو آگے بڑھنے کے مساوی مواقع فراہم کریں گے۔"

جی ہاں، اب خواتین اسپورٹس کا مستقبل بھی روشن ہونے جا رہا ہے!

 یوتھ انٹرن شپ پروگرام

ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ پروگرام کے ساتھ ساتھ، مریم نواز نے ایک اور زبردست اعلان کیا ہے:

پنجاب یوتھ انٹرن شپ پروگرام شروع کیا جائے گا۔

اس پروگرام کا مقصد نوجوانوں کو عملی تجربہ دینا ہے تاکہ تعلیم کے بعد انہیں بہتر روزگار کے مواقع میسر آئیں۔

 اسپورٹس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے ملازمین کا خیال

وزیراعلیٰ نے خاص ہدایت دی ہے:

“اسپورٹس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں کسی قسم کا تعطل نہیں آنا چاہیے۔”

کیونکہ اگر ٹیم مضبوط ہوگی، تو میدان میں بھی بہترین کارکردگی نظر آئے گی!
